Refund Policy

Refund and Termination Policy Either party may terminate the coaching engagement at anytime with written notice. If the Client has prepaid for sessions, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unusedsessions. No refunds will be granted for sessions that have already occurred. The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship in cases of repeatedno-shows, policy violations, or behavior that undermines the coaching process. Termination does not relieve the Client of payment for services already rendered.
